1. About Milega

Milega Naukri (“Milega”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand and online recruitment platform owned and operated by Marcos Global Online Services Private Limited, CIN U93090MH2019PTC333740, having its office at Plot No. 39/B, Flat No. 1, Ground Floor, Near Sai Darshan Building, Sindhi Society, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400071, India. These Terms apply to www.mileganaukri.com and associated Milega services. Contact us at info@mileganaukri.com.

Milega connects job seekers (“Candidates”), businesses seeking to hire (“Employers”) and independent recruitment professionals or agencies (“Recruiters”). By creating an account, using account-based services or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. Our separate Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data. Consent required for particular data uses is requested through the relevant notices and choices.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

Users must be at least 18 years old. Anyone acting for a business must be authorised to bind it. Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your email and sign-in codes, and notify us promptly of unauthorised use. Do not impersonate others, share or resell account access, or bypass access restrictions. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

3. Candidates and applications

Creating a Candidate account, applying for jobs and using the standard Candidate features are free. You must provide truthful profile, qualification and experience information and upload only material you are entitled to use. You control whether your profile is available in employer search through the visibility settings provided.

Applying shares your profile and résumé with the relevant Employer. Contact details and résumé may also be disclosed when an Employer unlocks your profile, subject to your visibility settings and the notice presented to you. Your application, an Employer’s acceptance or a platform recommendation is not an employment offer or guarantee. Employment terms must be agreed directly with the Employer.

4. Employers and job listings

Employers must post genuine, lawful vacancies with accurate descriptions, location, compensation information where stated, eligibility requirements and hiring terms. You must have authority to recruit for the vacancy and comply with applicable employment and non-discrimination laws.

Do not post misleading jobs, commission-only opportunities disguised as salaried employment, fraudulent work-from-home schemes, or jobs requiring a payment or deposit merely to apply or secure employment. Do not request unnecessary identity, financial or other personal information from Candidates.

Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions, checks, employment agreements and workplace obligations. Candidate contact data and résumés may be used only for genuine recruitment purposes communicated to the Candidate. Do not sell data, use it for unrelated marketing, scrape profiles, or share it outside authorised hiring personnel and permitted independent Recruiters. Restrict access, safeguard it and delete it when no longer required, subject to lawful retention requirements.

5. Verification and platform outcomes

A verification badge means only that the particular checks described by Milega were completed. It does not guarantee every vacancy, identity claim, qualification, business activity, financial position, workplace condition or hiring outcome. Users should make checks appropriate to the proposed engagement.

Milega does not guarantee applications, responses, interviews, candidate availability, selection, placements, continued employment or any particular business result. Paid plans provide the access and features described at purchase. Automated matching and AI outputs assist users and may be incomplete or inaccurate; users remain responsible for checking information and making decisions.

6. Plans, credits and prices

Plan features, prices, credit quantities, validity, expiry, access limits and applicable fair-use conditions are disclosed on the plan page or at checkout. GST and the total amount payable are shown before payment. An “Unlimited” plan is subject only to the limits and fair-use terms disclosed before purchase.

The credit cost of an unlock or profile-sharing action is displayed before confirmation. Properly completed actions consume the stated credits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused credits expire at the end of their disclosed validity and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash or carried forward. A failed action that does not provide the purchased access should be reported for investigation and appropriate correction.

Plan changes apply prospectively. We will not retrospectively reduce the features or validity already purchased, except where required by law or necessary to address misuse under these Terms. If we discontinue a purchased service before its paid term ends for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a proportionate refund where appropriate or required by law.

7. Payments, refunds and renewal

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Unless otherwise disclosed or required by law, paid plans, packs, memberships and credits are non-refundable once activated. No refund is ordinarily due for change of mind, unused credits or time, or failure to obtain applications, responses or hires. This does not exclude refunds or remedies required by law, including for a service not supplied or materially different from what was agreed.

Report duplicate charges, debits without activation and other billing errors to info@mileganaukri.com with the transaction reference. We will investigate and arrange any refund due to the original payment method. Processing and credit timelines depend on the payment provider and bank; we will communicate the applicable status and expected timeline after verification.

Subscriptions and Recruiter memberships auto-renew only where recurring payments have been expressly authorised. The price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method are displayed before purchase. You may cancel future renewal using the cancellation option provided or contact support for assistance. Cancellation ordinarily leaves access active until the paid period ends and does not itself create a refund entitlement. Changes to recurring charges will be notified and authorised where required by law or payment mandate rules.

8. Independent Recruiters

Recruiters are independent professionals or agencies, not Milega employees, agents or representatives. Membership, listing or a verification badge does not change that relationship. Milega provides discovery, contact and platform features; unless expressly agreed in writing, it is not a party to the professional-services arrangement between an Employer and a Recruiter.

Employers and Recruiters agree directly on scope, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, fees, taxes, payment terms, replacement guarantees, refunds and dispute resolution. Record these terms in writing before work begins. Professional fees are paid directly between them; Milega does not collect or settle those fees under this directory model.

Milega does not guarantee a Recruiter’s response, feedback, services, placement, replacement or refund, and does not supervise their professional work. Each party remains responsible for its conduct and obligations. This does not exclude liability for Milega’s own acts or omissions where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Recruiter profiles are discoverable while membership is active and visibility is enabled. Employers may access the contact information and supporting documents made available through an authorised unlock. Hiding a profile does not retrieve information already lawfully received by an Employer. Membership charges are subject to section 7.

9. Candidate sharing with Recruiters

Employers may share Candidate information with a Recruiter only for a genuine recruitment assignment, within the permissions communicated to and obtained from the Candidate, and only to the extent necessary. Milega will provide a Candidate-facing notice and permission mechanism for this sharing. An Employer’s confirmation alone does not replace any Candidate consent required by law.

Recruiters must use shared information only for the authorised assignment, keep it confidential, restrict access and delete it when no longer needed, subject to lawful retention. They must not sell it, add it to unrelated databases, use it for marketing or contact Candidates outside the authorised scope. Contact details should be shared only where needed and permitted for that assignment. The credit charge, if any, is shown before sharing.

10. Acceptable use and content

Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, harassing or rights-infringing content; impersonate another person; manipulate reviews; send spam; introduce malware; interfere with security; or automate scraping, bulk harvesting or access without permission. Do not upload another person’s data without authority or use Milega to commit fraud or discrimination prohibited by law.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Milega a non-exclusive permission to host, store, format, display and process it as necessary to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your settings. This does not permit the sale of personal data. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload it. Milega’s branding, software and original platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Ratings must reflect genuine interactions and must not disclose unnecessary personal data or contain threats, abusive content or knowingly false claims. Report disputed ratings or content to support. A platform “acceptance” label records an application action and does not establish an employment contract.

11. Moderation, suspension and account closure

We may review, restrict, remove or suspend content or accounts to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, material breaches or valid legal directions. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and allow correction or review through support. Urgent safety or legal action may occur without advance notice. Measures will be proportionate to the circumstances.

You may request account closure at info@mileganaukri.com. Ending an account does not cancel amounts already properly due or erase records we must retain. Where a suspension or closure is disputed, contact the Grievance Officer. Refunds and remedies remain subject to section 7 and applicable law.

12. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing Milega, but availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, third-party services and events outside our reasonable control. Information supplied by users and AI tools may be inaccurate. Users must assess the suitability and authenticity of opportunities and professional engagements.

To the extent permitted by law, Milega is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent users or third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. No term excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory statutory rights and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums, tribunals and authorities, courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. Contact us first where practical so that we can try to resolve a dispute.

We may update these Terms and will display the revised date. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app where appropriate. Changes apply prospectively; where fresh agreement or consent is required, we will obtain it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
